It takes a special place to craft the Official Bat of Major League Baseball. Since 1884, Louisville Slugger has put prime lumber in the hands of the greatest players of the game. A visit to the museum shows you how the sport has changed a bit between then and now, but the "crack of the bat" remains one of the sporting world's most thrilling moments.  

> Museum Renovations Begin

On Sunday December 14, we will close two of our galleries to begin our exciting renovations, which will be unveiled in April 2009. We will still conduct factory tours while the renovations are underway, our original film will be shown, and some exhibits will still be on display. And, guests will still receive that coveted mini-souvenir Louisville Slugger bat at the end of the factory tour! The best part of the deal is that admission for eveyone during our renovations is only $5 per person.
